I made my appointment a month in advance because my job requires this. I received a call stating they needed to reschedule these appointments because the doctor was jot going to be there. I never even made it through the front door and am disappointed. The receptionist I spoke with seemed unintelligent and rude and because of this we will be using first in sight optometric clinic who are more than happy to see my children next week.
