As a loyal customer I had them check on an outlet and the fix was to reset the GFCI switch which took about three seconds. I was charged $ 99 for the visit. I am no longer a loyal customer and will take my electrical business elsewhere. Make sure if you hire them to see what the charge will be just for a three second visit. I wrote to the office about the over charge for something so small but I was ignored.

Terrible. Came and did nothing. Installed a screw on the panel and left. Guy was here a total of 7 minutes. .unit stopped working as he left the driveway. Called back no one picked up phone on there emergency line. Left a message. Was called back 4 days later and was bitched at by lady on phone about my complaint. Then we got the bill. I understand the call out fee. That’s understandable on a weekend. But she billed $ 100.00 in parts. The only part was a .5 cent screw. Called back and was bitched at again… the issue is still unresolved. all and all super shitty service rude bitch on the phone. Un real to deal with. They suck donkey ass. They are that good. I’m being nice. Sorry to sound like a teenager but they are that bad
