When we walked in we were greeted by owner. Very friendly and welcoming. The employees were very friendly. We ordered the spaghetti and meatballs and the anti-pasta salad. Everything was fresh and tasty. Very cozy spot. We will definitely be going back soon

They were the best. Shocked and bummed that they closed. :( No matter what is said, they were wonderful… the owners, of course, and the staff. I miss them already!

This is my boyfriends and I favorite spot. We usually go here when we want to treat ourselves because it is kinda pricey but well worth it for us. We are obsessed with the focaccia bread. I strongly recommend the calzone and chicken Parmesan dish. The calzone is huge and is great for sharing.

The pizza was very good. Their service was very friendly and they have a very large variety on their menu. They are very accomidating and it may seem pricey but it’s worth it. The area where the restaurant is in is very nice aswell.

Let me start by saying the staff was very nice but unfortunately that’s the only good thing. When you walk in you seat yourself, look at the menu, go up to the counter and order. You also get your own drinks. My dad got the meatball sandwich, it was dry. Came with fried noodle chips that made us all want to vomit. My daughter got the Mac & chx, ZERO flavor. We won’t be going back and the food Is just plain bad.

Wow! So good! I got the soup and salad and it was just right! The minestrone wasn’t too heavily laden with beans and had home made noodles. Could have used a bit more in the veggie department. Also, the salad was crisp and fresh. I decided to try a meatball too. $ 2.99 for a 5 oz meatball! Such a deal and delicious! I will definitely be back with my daughter! And the happy hour specials are a steal! Come try the place!

That had to be the worst food I’ve had in a long time. The fish over angel hair pasta was a pathetic excuse for an $ 18 dish. The fish was bland, as in absolutely no taste. The pasta was horrible, it was so oily, it was like they boiled it in oil instead water. The wait staff and outside atmosphere were good. I might go back and try a different dish but definitely not a place I would seek out

Ravioli’s likes to play dangerously. The Old Spaghetti Factory, a local favorite, is on one side of Todos Santos Plaza, and Ravioli’s is on another. Both are Italian restaurants. Competition. How will they fare? Time will tell. Meanwhile, Ravioli’s is different from OSF in many ways. It feels more like a quiet café. The food feels less mass-produced. It’s a small personalized shop, whereas OSF feels like the mass-produced chain that it is. The office complex, with restaurants fronting the plaza, has lots of greenery on the inside, which helps the diners to relax. We all had pizza. I’ve had far better pizza at other places, although Ravioli’s is better than Round Table. Ham & Sausage, but what will the sausage be like? My stomach sank when it saw the small meat droppings under the ham slices. My stomach picked up again when those meat droppings ended up tasteful and spicy. The ham was good too, and we had to get after our daughter for stealing the ham to put on her cheese-only pizza. I think both Ravioli’s and OSF will survive and do well. It’s like China Wall and Shan Shan Low, two Chinese restaurants in the same shopping center; their food is a little different, their atmosphere is a lot different, and both are doing well and staying around. If you like a loud place and bold taste, go for OSF. If you like a quiet place and somewhat discriminating taste, go for Ravioli’s. Or you can do like me and hit both on occasion; I love having a seefood diet. ..

I LOVE it here! The owners were super nice(: they had the best service I’ve ever received so far. My boyfriend and I ate here for the first time but we will definitely be coming back. Ordered: Italian sausage ravioli with creamy pesto sauce & their clam chowder Their clam chowder was the best I’ve ever tasted. Seriously. I would choose their clam chowder over SF& Monterey fisherman’s warf AND I’m a native/fan to both. We’ll see you soon!

The food was pretty good(freshly made pasta is quite tasty: the mushroom ravioli and creamy pesto sauce were most delicious, and the calzone! Not to mention, there are a million different options to please every palate!) But it’s really customer service and the warm friendly family run atmosphere that sets this place over the top! For that alone, I’ll be back often! I can’t believe how attentive and friendly the owners and staff were; it really made me feel like I was sitting in their family’s kitchen. The courtyard and patio are also gorgeous — I definitely recommend snagging a seat out there!

The fettuccini sauce is bland which is surprising. The mushroom ravioli is great! The mushroom wine sauce is wonderful as well. The staff is friendly and courteous. The owner mingles around with the guests. That’s cool.

When we got there, we were told to sit down wherever we wanted and then to go to the counter to order whenever we were ready. We were given a plate of focaccia bread once we sat ourselves. We decided to get the Carol’s Favorite that included a garden salad. The mushroom ravioli was very strong in mushroom flavor which did not balance out too well with the alfredo sauce for me. I wish we ordered chicken with it! My boyfriend ordered the chicken and rice ravioli with the creamy marinara.(It was a pick your pasta, pick your sauce option.) I actually enjoyed his dish more, so we traded. For both, the raviolis seemed to be lacking filling, but it was my first time eating homemade pasta so I did not exactly know what to expect. For dessert, we got the tiramisu. It was moist and very yummy. For about $ 6, the portion was great! I wasn’t particularly wow-ed by the food, but it was still satisfying.

The Italian Boneless Pork lunch portion was delicious! I had it once before and decided to have it again. The pork was very tender with a red sauce over polenta. It was garnished with a sprig of rosemary. I topped it off with a glass of lemonade. A perfect afternoon meal in the best weather :) Ravioli’s is a consistent eatery. Check out the Farmer’s Market on Thursday afternoons.

I can be truly shallow sometimes. With a generic-sounding name like Ravioli’s, I was expecting all-around mediocrity and subpar food, maybe Olive Garden-quality kind of food at best and, well, I try to be optimistic by not thinking of the worst case scenario. In short, I did not have that high of an expectation when I came in. Did they prove me wrong. I was looking around for a place where I can host the daughter’s First Communion lunch. My categories are:(1) no more than 10 minutes away;(2) nice ambience;(3) good food;(4) good service; and(5) reasonable prices. If I got 3 out of 5, I would have been a happy girl. Instead, Ravioli’s delivered on all categories, and I felt like such a super mom. Ravioli’s came into my radar through Unilocal. The reviews were promising and the ambience was what I had in mind — open yet cozy, and the patio would be very ideal for the daughter’s day. Carol, one of the owners(or mother of the owner, I am a bit confused on this point), sat with me and helped me and told me that all of their recipes have been passed down through generations(I was very excited by this discovery!). She suggested a family-style affair instead of having my guests ordering separately. They have a lunch menu(which are really quite reasonable) and she told me that if I ordered from there, they could go ahead and serve them family-style, anyway. I was already convinced that Ravioli’s was the place, but I would not dare book a place without tasting their food first. As misfortune would have it, this occurred during Lent when meat and sweets were off-limit to me. So I told her I will come back some other day to finalize my reservation. Three weeks passed before I can finally have meat. The daughter and I came in and tried a few of their dishes and we liked them all(the clear favorite of the daughter was pasta with marinara sauce and spicy Italian sausage; I liked their raviolis). But let me take a few moments to rave about their focaccia. They are perfect! It is very easy to ruin your appetite with the bread since they are just That. Good. They are so good that their signature item could easily be it instead of their fabulous raviolis. As luck would have it, this tasting was one week before the event. I was on the verge of panic.(«I am a bad mother. My daughter will not have her special lunch. They will give me a disbelieving look and laugh in my face for having the audacity to try and make reservations a mere week before my event.») Ha! I need not have worried, because Carol and his son were more than gracious about the whole situation. I was able to choose the menu with Carol’s help and promise that it would be a good day. And they delivered! They seated us out in the patio to enjoy the first warm day of May. The view of the fountain and the cultural diversity program going on at Todos Santos Plaza all served to make our lunch terrific. The service was fantastic — the servers always had a smile on their faces, and our bread baskets and our water glasses never went empty. The food was delicious that even the pickiest among our guests had nothing bad to say about the food at all. Everyone left that day a Ravioli’s fan. We look forward to coming back to this place over and over. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

First off, lemme just say that the complimentary bread they serve here is to die for. It is amaaaazing. I wonder if I can just buy a ton of their bread. It was, after all, the only good thing about this place. Now, the only reason I’m giving this place 2 stars is because of the annoyingly good service, and of course the bread. Upon entering, my friend and I were greeted by two of the owners as they went on to explain how ordering and seating worked at their restaurant. Okay, cool. We seated ourselves and waited for our food. Again, the bread, it was soo good. I did find it a little annoying that several different servers felt the need to constantly ask us if we were doing fine. But then, our food arrived. And trust me when I say it was not good. Like at all. I ordered Fettucine with Alfredo sauce, which is something I always like to order at Italian places at least once. This was quite possibly the worst Fettucine I’ve ever had. Some of the noodles were hard as rocks. Seriously? I can make it better at home. I couldn’t even make it through half of my plate. That’s how bad it was. And to top it all off, I got an upset stomach from eating here. Yaaay. Overall, I will never eat here again. I don’t think I’ve ever been so disappointed. Avoid this place. Avoid it at all costs. Maybe stop by for some bread though.

My husband and I mistakingly decided this restaurant was a convenient place to have dinner after a couple of great brews at Hop Grenade next door. Wrong. I’ll just share the Pro/Con list we felt obligated to document during and after our dining experience… PROS: FRIENDLY staff Portion size = huge Flavor not offensive Food was hot(like microwave hot?) Great homemade cheesecake, uhh«tiramisu» CONS: You order at the front… like Taco Bell You serve yourself water WARM red wine Spaghetti noodles mixed in with my ravioli dish(what??) Bones found in sole dish(3) Bland noodles served with sole(no sauce, not even butter– I «loaned» my husband some sauce from my spicy«spag-violi» dish) Overpriced(cafeteria-level food at 4 star restaurant prices) Great homemade cheesecake, uhh«tiramisu» You decide. Maybe stronger management/leadership can turn this place around?
