Genuinely nice people! As soon as I got to the office I was greeted and seen right away. I came in for a cleaning and exam. The woman that cleaned my teeth was so sweet. What I really liked is that she explained what she was doing as well as gave me tips for home care. I expressed my nervousness and she shared her personal experiences which made me feel much better.
Dr. Richard came in and examined me. He was quick but I could sense that he was confident in his profession so it was easy for me to feel at ease and trust what he was saying.
I will definitely be going back and my experience was positive enough to say that I can see myself being a loyal client.

My Family and I have been coming here for years and wouldn’t change for anything. Starting from the front desk with Melissa who is a doll and the rest of the staff everyone is a joy. Dr Janice is very understanding of my and my family’s needs and has been very helpful and patient with me and my fears of going to the dentist office like a lot of us have. I definitely recommend this office to everyone looking to be treated with the out most respect and care.

On my first visit, Dr Janis was completely pleasant, non-judgmental, just went in and saw the cavities that I had, and then talked through the steps for getting them filled and preventing some additional trouble spots from turning into cavities. Several years later, I’m a regular and haven’t had a single additional cavity!

I have known Dr Janis even before he moved to Concord. Once, I was going to Hawaii on a trip and broke my upper left first molar. Dr Janis did an onlay for me and the lab was very quick. He cemented it on time for my trip and I was happy because it was tooth colored and matched perfectly. Later I found out that it was extra special because Dr Janis did an onlay for me, not a crown, and therefore was able to save much of my original enamel instead of drilling it. I know that not every tooth is eligible for such great treatment but I’m sure happy he did that for me. Dr. Janis told me recently that it is his preferred technique to drill away the least possible tooth to do the job. So, I feel good about recommending him.

Dr Janis is our family dentist. We found Dr. Janis because his office was 2 miles from our house. Now that we live farther in Walnut Creek, he is still our family dentist!
He and his staff are very good with our little kindergardener (started when he was in preschool) and my wife is happy with her crown. Very charming professional man who takes great pride in his work and provides great care for his patients. Highly recommended!
