Being a first time dry-​cleaner customer (I know, I know, how is that possible lol) I had quite the choice in picking my 1st. But, I am glad I picked Royale!
The staff is great, nice and friendly– just how customers should be treated. The price is right, just how I like haha, AND they use chemical-​free cleaners. A BIG PLUS for me. I will definitely be coming back! :-)

So, today, 3 and a half weeks later, I actually get my jacket back… The owner rolls up in a white van, takes customers clothes out, while dropping a pair of khakis mind you, then comes in. He found my jacket, and actually asks for $ 10 AFTER I point out he didn’t even sow the button on, which is what I initially went there for! WTF!!! We argue for a few minutes and then he gave up. I can’t believe that idiot!

I’m yet another ‘been coming here for years’ customer. Never had a problem or issue with collared shirts medium starch or suit trousers. It’s at the point that when I roll up next to the cleaners, they recognized my vehicle and begin the search and have it ready for pickup. All good here.

I’m not sure how this place is still in business after all these years. I’m born and raised in Concord and am 41 y.o. This place has been here since I can remember. I figured a place with such a long history has to be good. It wasn’t.
By far the most bizarre experience I’ve had at a dry cleaner. The first time I went I asked about alterations and the guy said he didn’t know about that and he’d have to ask the owner. How do you not know what services the business you work for provides?
I tried getting my clothes cleaned there twice. Both times they came back uncleaned and wrinkled. So far the best, most consistent, place I’ve found in Concord is Park Place Discount Cleaners in Park & Shop.

This guy ripped a shirt of mine got pissed when I asked him to our repair it and then conveniently lost it when I returned to pick it up. Do not get you clothes cleaned here.

Great staff and price and awesome service. Left another cleaner in the area after constant criticism of not giving them enough time (usually 2 or 3 days) and my last time there I payed for my suit when I don’t think they even cleaned it. Never have such problems with Royale Cleaners and they always have clothes ready within 24 hours without even having to request.

Just started using it 3 months ago.
I did a little research on the surrounding area and the price here seems to be lower than its peers. Tried it out, the staffs there are really nice. More importantly, the clothes are clean and on time!
Highly recommended. :)
