Having dealt with many employees of other public storage facilities, the one I encountered here was by far the least helpful and amicable. Every time I entered the office, the employee acted as though I was horribly inconveniencing her. She was extremely curt. Whether or not this had to do with the fact that I was helping a friend clear his unit out is unknown; however, there was absolutely no justifiable reason to be boorish.
If you happen to encounter the same employee, know that you will not receive a friendly welcome or assistance of any kind.

Concord, CA
This is my first time renting a storage unit. I have to say that I am very impressed with how clean the facility is. The resident manager is very helpful, responsive and put all my worries at ease. I also like supporting local family owned businesses verses going to a franchise where I’m just another number.
