Sears does not care about the customer. Please do not go there. Look up their Facebook page and read what people are saying. I entered my story and they deleted it and blocked me.

This store doesn’t even deserve 1 star. We went in to purchase a refrigerator we had already looked online and had it narrowed it down to two options. After 35 minutes of being in the store and deciding which unit we wanted there was no sales person in site nor had there been that entire time. I hunted down a sales associate in the electronics department next to appliances and he said only two people could sell appliances. I asked if we could get one of those people to help us and he said we would have to wait. After waiting 20 more minutes I went to one of the check out lanes and asked for the store manager. The cashier called her and said she would be right over. 15 minutes later the cashier received a call that the manager was now busy with a customer and we would have to wait. They called another manager and after we waited 15 minutes for him we walked out of the store. I will take my money to a business that actually has some customer service.
