I will never, ever shop at a Sears again. Purchased $ 5 k in appliances and matress and box spring. after multiple issues with the deliver and multiple issues with the installtion. The mattress and box spring was delivered first. The delivery people left it on the first floor and not the second floor. Appliances delivered a day late, refrigerators did not have the correct door swing and it had a scratch. I declined the whole order, went to Lowes (where I should have gone in the first place) and everything will be delivered and installed within 48 hours.
I will never ever shop at Sears again. there is a reason why they are going out of business

Ordered appliances and have had the worst experience ever from ordering to delivery. Had to take a day off work after 3rd delivery attempt (we were told when we ordered we could change delivery time. Each time we tried to do that they said no. So on 4th attempt I took a day off work and they send an 18 wheeler to a residential address and then tell us their truck needs a permit to come on our road. Y would you send a truck that needs a permit to go on a residential delivery? Y didn’t you know this before I had to waste taking a day off from work?
