Mark came out on a Saturday to give us an estimate for a bathroom sky light and ended up installing the sky light the same day. He actually had everything he needed with him and from finish to end took a total of 5 – 6 hours.

I went on Unilocal to check out the reviews on Mares and Dow because I received and outrages quote from them to replace a dated skylight. Thanks to one of the reviews about Mares & Dow I got the name of Mark Spiller (925−288−9881) He is rated a 3 Star Velux dealer, so I called him. Honestly, he should be a 10 Star. I told him what I was looking for and he told me over the phone what his pricing was. We chose to upgrade to a manual skylight that opens for more than half the cost of the first quote.
Mark is so knowledgeable, honest about skylights and windows and great to deal with! Although he just replaced 1 skylight, he never made me feel like my job was too small.
