I’ve been goin here for a few years now and I have to say this is one of my favorite liquor stores. It’s pretty good on pricing, and they have a large selection of craft beers and hard alcohol, it’s a great neighborhood spot!

Worst customer service ever. The two guys working were really rude I asked for cash back they said use the atm. After I used their atm with a $ 3 charge, I asked for two $ 10s for my $ 20 bill they said I’d have to buy something. Not going back again.

This place is horrible!!! I was buying a red bull to get 10.00 back and this guy still wanted to charge me 2.50. Asked if he was serious. He just kept throwing an attitude. I was already buying something from your store and still want to charge that few. Understandable if I didn’t buy anything I told him he said I don’t care. Told him horrible customer service. Screw this place go to AMPM up the road.

So I live next door to this place and tonight I was walking home with a bottle of wine and it slips through their cheap flimsy plastic bag. I go back to buy another and suggest that they just sell me this bottle of wine at a few dollar discount since the quality of their bag was to blame and the sales associate is unwilling to provide me with this modest level of customer service. I gotta find a new liquor store.

Super 8 has a large parking lot, much bigger than typical 7 – 11’s.
wine selection looked anemic and pricey. beers mostly in six/​12/​18 packs. pricing average. big bottles micros few. hard liquor looked pricey though neatly stacked.
drink: natural leaf sweet tea (1.99)
–very sweet. had some natural tea taste so 3 stars.
on draught:
–friendly checkout by elderly guy.
–nothing esoteric, just mainstream stuff
–lots of munchies on shelves.

The couple that runs the place is so nice & the dude that stocks the coolers & helps out is really cool & funny too. They have allll kinds of drinks & snacks here, and they have all kinds of gas station type things like hats & sunglasses too.
They even have pen! s pills and energy drinks if you’ve got, or hope to have a long night ahead of yourself! lol

Kind of sketchy looking from the outside, but decent inside. Nice guy at the counter, although he’s got a hard to understand sound to him. The wine prices are NOT OKAY.

Overall great place, the owner is awesome and I always feel welcome every time I come in. They got a pretty good variety of beer, I usually get a microwbrew and I didn’t see it the first time I came in, i asked the owner about it and the next week he got it specially ordered for me! Not only that but it was $ 2 less than bevmo! 2 thumbs up, thanks Super 8!

This place is pretty good for a liquor store. It has a good selection of hard alcohols, and a decent selection of beer. Its located pretty well, so if you need to make a quick stop while on Clayton Rd., this is the place. I do admit though, after reviewing some of their prices with Monument Wines and Spirits, they are a couple of dollars higher.
Why no 5th star:
This place used to carry my absolute favorite beer, Chimay. Now they don’t, and it pisses me off. Totally Lame.
