I’ve done business with Mr. Sutton for twenty years, in fact I purchased my Sharp vacuum from him about 15 years ago. He replaced a belt in this upright vacuum after a number of years and provided additional hose length and various attachments which has made this vacuum extensively useful in many areas throughout my home. He’s a very honest and knowledgeable gentleman who can be counted on for truthful answers and superb repair work. The Concord community is extremely fortunate to have access to him.

We moved to the neighborhood and needed a vacuum! This shop is in walking distance to our house and the owner, Todd, set us up with a great vacuum. He is highly knowledgeable and helpful and we love the new vacuum! Glad we were able to support this local business.

If you have a vacuum that’s a bit sluggish bring it to Sutton’s and get that serviced by the pro. I got my Eureka serviced on the spot and the charges were reasonable to a point I felt I was paying less than what’s owed.
