Not entirely their fault, as the event they were at really should have had more than one food truck, but I really would have appreciated being told it was an over 40 minute wait. At least they didn’t quibble when I asked for my money back.

I’ll be completely honest. The Pig and Cow burgers may just be the single best food I’ve ever eaten. Growing up in Kansas, I know good beef, but these guys bring the whole package in a tasty organic way. From fresh greens and juicy tomatoes and a fresh bun, it’s all there. And then they add bacon… smoky, salty, crispy goodness. If pigs were as wonderful in life as they are in the Pig and Cow’s bacon, maybe people would adopt them instead of eat them. And don’t even get me started about the rosemary fries.
We totally stalk this truck and go into fits of depression when they take a cold weather break.

We discovered this truck last weekend at the Farmers Market in Concord. They use local meats, which is a plus in my book! It was still morning, so my guy decided on the egg sandwich and topped it with sausage and cheese for 4.75. It also came with fries. Not sure how big the menu typically is, but it was small today, I think 4 choices. If you need a quick grease fix with local products, give it a go!
