Not too happy with the way Walgreens is being run as of late.
I purchased milk from there last week, got it home and it was soured!
I have ordered things online and was promised a call upon arrival, but the call never came. Yesterday I was overcharged for items I did not purchase. I had to go back into the store, and yes they refunded the money, but they offered nothing for my inconvenience or trouble.
The points program barely ever amounts to anything.
The lines are often too long.
Yes! The staff is friendly, and professional but there are too many other issues for me to give this store anymore that two measly stars.
I have always been a fan of Walgreens so here’s to hoping they improve.

Love, love, love this Walgreens! They always recognize me, greet everyone that comes into the store, and are helpful. The make-​up/​cosmetics team is great, and they always know what discount coupons are available for their customers. They’re all helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs.
