Extremely unprofessional and rude. Unfortunately, I used Rich for my wedding and was extremely disappointed. If you’re not spending at least $ 30,000 on your wedding, he feels that he can just completely slack off. His choice of shots/​locations was mediocre– and any suggestions I had for MY pictures– he completely ignored my requests. The pictures were suppose to be available a month after my wedding; two months have come and gone and I still have NOTHING. I would highly suggest you look elsewhere!
