Tru-Pak Moving & Storage Company

After a lifetime of many moving experiences I think I am qualified to say, this company is pretty awesome.
From the moment I first spoke to them until I closed the door behind the men who did the actual moving, they were great. I felt a ton of relief after Ms Siegel came out to do the moving estimate, she actually walked around and explained how each room’s belongings would be packaged and how long it would take. She was knowledgable, courteous and very professional but more importantly super accurate! (She even designed a game plan for us, to help us stay on track with our gargantuan moving endeavor) needless to say, our move took an entire day. The moving men stayed pleasant, with a smile on their face all along and were polite about having to re arrange things. Even on the 10^th hour of moving boxes, I’d give them 5 stars but we all know life is all about room for improvement.

Tru-​Pak Moving made the difficult challenge of moving into a manageable and somewhat «stress-​free» experience for us. I cannot say enough positives about my experience with Tru-​Pak Moving. Quite simply — without their help, skill and genuine sense of caring — our move would have been a nightmare.
Tru-​Pak provides a professional packing service that was a HUGE help for us. The packing crew was lead by Carol and she and her team were great. Our moving team was led by Wally. Wally and his team were fantastic — I can’t say enough about them:)
Our estimate for both Price and Time from Tru-​Pak came in on-​time and under budget. Yes, we were pleased. Tru-​Pak handled our difficult challenge of moving and turned that challenge into a nice experience.
I would recommend this company to anyone.

I have used several moving companies in the past but Tru-​Pak by far is the best I’ve experienced! Everyone I dealt with was very nice and professional. They took time to answer all my questions and they were very flexible in working with me on dates for packing and such. The sales lady that came to my house to price my move was so awesome. She was on time, comforting, and so friendly. She really put me at ease about my big move. I highly recommend this company!
