We passed by on a road trip looking for fried chicken. There was no fried chicken, just chicken strips and sandwiches which were good. Very buttery bread as mentioned. Grilled chicken sandwich was tender. Looks like they were slightly imitating their other chicken fast food competitors.

Great food and prices, plus friendly staff! Chicken only — no burgers here. On Sundays, get a 10% discount with a church bulletin.

Zaxbys fried chicken is delicious. They also have grilled chicken which is very buttery.
If you are looking for healthy or vegetarian not really the place to go. If you want good crinkle cut fries and some nicely seasoned fried chicken tenders you should be set.
