The worst experience ever, we hired them to replace a condensing unit on one of our air-conditioner. They send people out to do the work and installed an new unit. Within hours of the installation a bad leak started in the ceiling and the wall. We called them, one of there employees came looked at it took pictures called his office and told them that the installation was NOT correct. I was promised at that time that they will repair my ceiling and walls This is a very large area and needs sheet– rock repair. We have been patient calling them and them promising«manager«will call us back. That has been weeks ago. I have NEVER written a bad review but now I cant even get them to answer the phone or call me back. I have a feeling we will have to go to court to get this resolved!

10 days no a/c and was ripped off! I was directed to Armadillo Air from HWA. Their first trip the tech botched the job, he made a bad solder which caused all the freon to leak out and left us 3 more days with no ac. I was also told that I needed two switches installed for code reasons. One was an ac float switch. The float switch was not installed correctly, Armadillo Air charged me $ 600 extra to add these! I’ve been totally ripped off and have damage from it. Saturday the ac unit started leaking water, again no answer to my calls for three days as water continued to destroy the ceiling in my home. I called another company and I was told the Float Switch wasn’t installed correctly and they corrected the incompetence by Armadillo Air. Stay Away!

Our home warranty company sent armadillo out to our home to see why our Ac unit wasn’t functioning. The technician was condescending and misdiagnosed the issue. The warranty company sent another repair company out and they diagnosed and fixed our issue within 10 minutes. I would not recommend armadillo air.

AC unit stopped working again and Armadillo Air had Curtis come back out. Our unit is officially condemned and we are getting a new unit. Adding one more star for the owner being compliant and for Curtis being so prompt and to the point.
