Was buying 2 different items at a posted price of less than $ 15 each at the checkout it came to over $ 40 The checker ask for a price check but to no avail, so the checker and I wend to the shelf and there was the price under $ 15 she had to peel of the labels and scan them . This is bait and switch and my last trip to Best Buys.

This is my hometown Best Buy. I have always come for Black Friday since they opened as a family tradition. We get deals galore and always have an excellent experience. But TODAY: on our way home for Thanksgiving we stopped to get upgrades on two phones. iPhone 6S and Galaxy S6! We had the best experience with Jose at the Mobile Area. He explained everything efficiently and helped us through the process of deciding a phone plan. Way better customer service than stores like Sprint **cough cough** !!! I am so pleased with the process. We even got $ 450 dollars in gift cards for activating two phones.

15 day return policy!!! This is why I prefer Costco. Our sound system(Bose) quit working after a month. At least the Geek squad were nice and knowledgeable.

I purchased an entire top of the line SAMSUNG kitchen appliance package 1.3 years ago, here at Best Buy. three of the refrigerator door bins have failed. two for the second time, and the main drawer failed. The microwave turns itself on and off randomly, the fan and lights go on and off. and the turntable is intermittent. the ceramic stove top has chips in the cook surface and the drawer hangs crooked. RUN from SAMSUNG. once the one year warrenty is out it is cheaoer to throw it all away and to go get a new GE or other quality appliance package for the same monthly cost of maintaining the SAMSUNG crap. Best Buy and Samsung are no help even when you have reoccuring issues during the warrenty period, that re fail after warrenty is over.

Ridiculous trying to get help or information from arrogant sales mgrs. They act important, leave you waiting, cant explain a product… This week, a mgr kept yelling at staff or a customer! I stay clear of Best Buy, except in a pinch.

Working with their geek squad was infuriating. There was one girl who was just stupid and a total b. She had no problems displaying an attitude full of lip smacking, eye rolling and sighs. I had to get a manager to get her out of my face because she didn’t know what she was talking about and was so inconsistent in what she said that I had to question her constantly to gain clarity on the situation. Which made her extremely mad. I purchased a computer here and they couldn’t honor my protection plan 6 weeks into it. But it took them over a month to be able to even tell me this. I had to call multiple times a day and then go in to finally get an answer. Ultimately on a computer that cost $ 400+(PLUS the top protection plan) they only wanted to give me $ 230 for a few weeks later. It was a total battle for everything. I purchase nothing at best buy now.

Finding help at this Best Buy leaves lots to the imagination. We went in today to purchase a washer and dryer and it took almost 15 minutes before anyone came around to assist us. Once we were assisted the buying process went smoothly. Gretchen was knowledgeable and able to process our order. Having a 2 hour delivery time frame was nice so we aren’t wasting our entire day waiting around. The overall selection of movies in this store is minimal and this particular store can do with the update that both the Spring and Woodlands locations have.

Friendly service, small selection of DVDs and Blu Rays. I went due to the trade in offer where you $ 5 towards a Blu Ray for each DVD you trade in. Not to shabby of a deal. Their sale prices are good, but some stuff was out of stock. Their regular prices are the same or higher than Amazon.

I shop at Best Buy often! I have bough laptops, a washer and dryer, car stereo, steam cleaner, and other items here. Most of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. The store does offer a lower price if you show that the item is cheaper elsewhere, as I did when I bought my carpet cleaner. I buy the black tie protection plan for almost all the major items I buy and it has paid off more then once so I’d recommend it. I got my DVD player and vacuum cleaner replaced without a hassle. I have used the car audio installation garage and it was quick and painless. All in all I love the store and will continue to shop there.
