Not happy with any aspect of this business, from sales to the service we never received for our poorly made love seat and couch. We tried on several occasions to have our defective furniture serviced by conn’s from the 23rd of Dec to 7 Jan. Mind y’all we made purchase right after thanksgivings, and to date have yet to have any service at all. Our reclining love seat n couch are forever ours to pay for n live with, even as f… ked up as it is. Don’t shop at conn’s!!!
