I’m sorry to say that I doubt this place will be here for very long. I would say that about 80% of the stores are vacant. The die-hards that remain are trying hard, but I don’t hold up much hope. I really liked the cooking supply store and made two passes through the aisles to see everything. Good luck!

Not a lot of stores, but the stores it does have prices rock! The prices are unbeatable. I would rather go here than any other outlet mall. The Nike store is by far the best.

Went here to see Santa with the kids … the hours online said open till 7 … well they closed at 6 so when we got there at 615 they informed us they had closed … so while my kiddo is crying the lady was rude and said no they hadn’t updated the hours online yet. I won’t be going back there for Santa my kids will see him somewhere else not my fault you didn’t update your info.

Poor selection of stores. Mall is near empty. Have to drive from store to store across the parking lot because there are no tenants in between, don’t feel like walking miles in this Texas heat.

Don’t bother! I hadn’t been in a few years, I was shocked by how empty it was. There is not one place there worth shopping in. So disappointed.

This is ONLY for the Nike Outlet. Came to this Outlet couple years ago and it actually had some life to it, but now it’s pretty much dead and gone. The only thing that really keeps this place going is the Nike Outlet… It’s a huge outlet with lots of great deals. Sometimes it is hard to find your size whether it be shoes or clothes, but nonetheless, there’s always a good find here! And it’s a perfect pit stop to and from Houston/Dallas…yes, there is a full service area with a bathroom, vending machines, and chair for you to sit down and relax. :)

the outlet mall in Conroe looks like a ghost town of retail stores.(sad) They’ve got a huge blinding sign on the highway that is a waste of money.(no stores) I’d guess the management company put up the lighted, flashing sign then upped the rent to pay for it… bad idea.
