ER visit. Was sent here because I was 18 weeks pregnant with a fever and kidney pain. The ER was busy when I arrived so I expected to wait a while so I wasn’t too bothered by that. What was bad was that I was sent from the main waiting room to a smaller one and waited for hours until someone finally told me I had a UTI and all I needed was a prescription. I kept having to remind them that I was pregnant and that I had a fever. All they did was tell me to take Tylenol and I would be fine. I left the ER in so much pain. I could barely walk and had a nasty headache. That night while at home my fever got up to 102. Again I am pregnant so we rushed back to the hospital and finally got better service. My heart rate had been high all day and so had my fever! I was finally given an IV to bring my fever done. When my doctor heard about this she was so upset that they had sent me home the first time with out the proper treatment.

Older but nice building, elevators are quick, and vending machines are stocked. Dr’s office are always a little lengthy, but we need them and they need us.

What an awful experience. Whatever you do, avoid seeing Dr chang nguyen. I waited an hour in his exam room, and he gave me about 4 – 5 mins of face time and sent me out with a shot and 5 prescriptions. Basically, he didn’t know or care and just wanted me to leave. Terrible.

My first impression was not very good. To begin, the person I booked the appointment with seemed to have never heard of a physical. I had to speak to several different people to set up my appointment and confirm it. 2 out of 3 were rude. Each all acted as if I was inconveniencing them. After waiting over an hour to see Dr. Adeleye, I had a 5 minute physical. Only health question asked was, «Do you have any concerns?» The dr and Med. asst. both had no idea I was doing fasting blood work. I didn’t get my blood drawn until 12pm. I was told to be there at 10am. I felt weak and sick by the time I left. Also, the exam room was extremely cluttered. There were cleaning supplies and hydrogen peroxide bottles on the counter top, as well as an array of boxes were stacked on the floor and then counter top. The waiting room«felt» dirty. It appeared to need a good deep cleaning. I will not be back to this office. I am extremely disappointed on how thorough my exam was and how long my wait was.
