These people rock. We came up to Conroe for a weekend getaway and wanted to check out the local brewers. Not only did they open up just for us asking, but made great company about it too. And the beer is REALLY GOOD.
The beer. It’s good. All of them. Not just one. Each one is distinct and has a flavor palette that moves through the taste cycle of nose, mouth, and aftertaste. I honestly have not gotten this good of craft beer in Texas before so consistently, across the spectrum of witbier, IPA, red, Belgian, and so on.
Congrats on your new equipment guys! Looking forward to that beer garden. Say «howdy» to Winston for me!
