IHOP

We had a wonderful waitress, Diana, who always anticipated our needs. THAT is excellent customer service. We were soaking wet and on our way back to Dallas, she immediately brought us towels and hot coffee and despite my difficult diet options, she made it work. By observing everybody on the staff, i can tell that this place really cares about its customers. I’m so glad we stopped here!

Unfortunate choice for a weekday brunch! The place wasn’t that busy so we thought we were set. The hostess seated us in the back room next to the wait staff station near a table of about 10 people. We were greeted by a very nice waiter named Paris who got our drinks and order. Meanwhile the rest of the wait staff acted like 5 year olds, punching each other and giggling. Much more involved with each other than with the patrons! The omelets were moderately warm and were huge! My spinach omelet was lying in what appeared to be a layer of grease and mostly inedible. The side of fruit was mostly grapefruit and not fresh. My husband’s ham and cheese omelet was filled with a lot of hash browns rather than ham and cheese. This place has gone downhill since we last visited and we won’t be back. The owner needs to clean house except for the one waiter, and start over!

We were seated quickly. Food was presented within 10 minutes of our order. Our waitress was «Diana». She came to our table several times to check on us and refill our drinks. It was lunch time but we ordered omelets. Breakfast is great anytime day or night. This is a great IHOP.

Very good service and speedy food. Food was good as well. Compared to other IHOPS I’ve been to, seemed like one of the better ones.

Mmmmmmmm chocolate chocolate chip pancakes. Yummy. Wish I’d drowned them in pecan syrup vs regular. Ordered one of their seasonal turkey sandwiches for my friend. Get it bread less and it will be fine.
Oh and if you’re a coffee drinker, ask for Jose to wait on you. You will be pleasingly surprised at his friendliness :)

I really enjoy eating at this Ihop but there is a server named Terrance who can be extremely attentive and good or he can just me a major pain in the ass. His personality is so fickle you never know how you’re going to be treated. Overall the food is pretty good and the staff is cool.

Love this iHop! My late night grub spot! Always excellent/​quick service, food, reasonable prices. Not much else to say really but give it a shot, much better than the OTHER breakfast places out here!

Had the pleasure of being served by Terrence «T-​Dog». Very friendly gentleman. New menus and choices supplement the common IHOP fare, which somehow was a bit tastier here. Go figure.

This must have been the BEST experience I’ve EVER had in any ihop restaurant. TERANCE aka TDog was extremely fun and entertaining. Service was on point with all 8 of us. So even with the $ 25 gratuity added to our bill, I left him an extra $ 20. Well worth every penny. 2 hrs later me and my family left happy and fat. Thanks for making my trip to Houston an experience I will never forget!

Jose is a great waiter. I recommend him highly. We come here all the time. My wife gets the fit and seasonal crepes. I am getting the Belgium waffle combo, excellent as always. Great breakfast house…
