iTech is simply awesome. I had a unique security need — cameras and monitored alarm in a mobile food truck — and they have built me an amazing system to keep my truck safe! So high tech, everything linked to mobile devices… very cool stuff. I also have their monitoring service at my office and every time we’ve set off that alarm on accident, things happened exactly as they were supposed to — we got a call immediately! When we needed to upgrade the system and program in some new tenants, their techs were quick to get it handled. A local family owned business — highly recommend!

This company was awesome. They worked with me throughout the process of the commercial build out of a storage facility. They were recommended by the manufacturer and for good reason. In the design phase they provided drawings with locations of 46 camera’s, multiple PTI security gate, and interior access points, and several hundred door alarms for all my units. They were even able to automated the buildings thermostats and integrate it into the alarm system.
The installation was efficient. This is my third facility, and itech is by far the best security company i have worked with. They installed the system faster, and had less issues.
My previous company took almost 3 weeks to prewire my second facility. Itech was in and out in 4 days! This allowed my general contractor to proceed with the build-​out.
Their Project Manager was amazing. He kept me informed throughout the process. He even assisted me in finding a new vendor for another part of the project that did not go as well. These guys gave me all the extra time and attention i needed. I feel good leaving my storage facility security systems in their hands.

Disaster. Extremely poor project management skills, novice technicians, and unreliable subcontractors turned what in our experience with other contractors should have been a week long installation project at most into a six month ordeal. On top of that we had to hire a locksmith to come out a repair an exterior security gate that wouldn’t latch following their two attempts to install a lock. To be fair, the owner did include some extras at no cost at the end of the process in an attempt to make things right, but at the end of the day we would have been far better off using a competent contractor for the job from the start.

Talk about secure… recently our shop was broken into on Christmas Day evening. Alarm scared off intruders but damage was already done. If it wasn’t for the load sounding alarm and system, it could have cost us more. Two days later, they were installing a video surveillance and monitoring system and now we can sleep at night! Thank you Gabe and Stacey for help us to protect what we have.
