This is a local treasure! This store is put together beautifully, offering home furnishings, curios, kitchen wares, gifts, etc. Every day, the store has a new look with the constant rotation of goods for sale. Everything they sell is donated (they are a 501©3 charity) for the benefit of New Danville Life Learning Center, a Home and Community-​based Services provider certified by «DADS» to provide a day habilitation program called Lone Star S*P*E*C*I*A*L (Special People Education Center Individualized Adaptive Learning).
This store treats each and every item as if it is a family heirloom, and prices it VERY affordably, allowing John and Jane Q Public the opportunity to own some very nice things on their modest budget.
You can feel good TWO WAYS… by shopping there, knowing your money is going to an incredibly worthy cause, and by donating to them. I donated several family heirlooms that had been in my family over 100 years. And, I was able to let go of the nostalgia because I knew my family approved of this donation. No doubt, they were looking down from Heaven with two thumbs up.
