The lady that works there is super rude.

I have to agree with Kylie and Dan; I went out in response to their ad in craigslist (they were a bit snippy in it about calling to see if they still had something). I called anyway and as it turns out, they didn’t have one of the two items they were advertising. I went out anyway and got the rude treatment as well. First I had to drive down this two lane country road to find it, then when I turn in, it is a mud parking lot so I try to park in a spot where my wheels wouldn’t get stuck and I could walk on dry land. As soon as I get out, I walk around the outside. It is a dump, most of the furniture has leaves and dirt all over it. After 5 or 10 minutes, she comes out and after I smile and say «hi, I am.», she interrupts and says «I need you to move your truck, you are blocking the parking lot for my customers!» (no smiles, acting annoyed at me). First of all, there is no pavement and mud holes everywhere; secondly, there is junk and crap right in front of my truck that I would run over if I pulled up and thirdly, this «shop» was in the middle of a low-​income residential neighborhood and they had no customers. Besides, I was barely blocking «traffic»; I move my truck anyway. She then adds «If you need anything, just let me know!» I replied «yes, I called earlier and am interested in the wrought iron bench you are advertising!»
So I move my truck, walk over to it, looking it over and waited for her to come over. The bench looks pretty good, but one of the horizontal oak planks is split at the end. Looking at it closely, it is not oak, it is pine, but stained to look like oak. It appears all of the wood was lightly sanded and then stained to make it all appear the same.
Anyway, she carries on like I am not there. She moves a bike (the one blocking my truck), picks up stuff, moves some of the junk around like it was going to help the looks of the yard. It had not been raked or cleaned in months I am guessing. It all needed to be power-​washed it was so bad. So I wait patiently, look over at her a couple of times to try and get her attention and she doesn’t smile or come over. (I can tell she knows I am waiting to talk to her, but pretends to be busy). Finally, she turns he back as if to head in and I finally have to yell out:” Don’t you want to talk to me about this bench?” She says: «I asked you if you wanted any help to let me know!» and I said, «yes, I said I wanted to talk to you about this bench!» Keep in mind, she doesn’t come within 15 feet of me this whole time; it like we are shouting across their yard to communicate. She says «What do you want to talk about?» (you would think she would walk over to me and she doesn’t). I said, «Well would you take $ 75 for it? She says «NO!» and that was it! No niceties, like I am sorry, but I can’t, etc. no explanation of why she wouldn’t negotiate (there were no price tags anywhere).
So I said «thanks anyway!» and left. Just to put this in perspective, I found 2 other benches like it in the area, but they are closer to Houston. Those benches were $ 59 each and this one was listed as $ 89. So, in addition to having the worst customer service skills I have ever seen, having their business in a garage on the side of their residence, no parking lot and a bunch of over-​priced junk in the yard, she won’t even negotiate.

This place was awesome!!! I found some great pieces for my new place. There is a mix of modern, country, and classic pieces. It’s run by a very sweet woman named Amy. Her father helps out there and each time I’ve been there he’s been very sweet. Their dog is a doll too. Overall this place is definitely worth going too. I can’t wait to go back when even more stuff comes in!

Lady was super rude and out of her mind if she thinks she can over price dirty and old furniture. There’s a difference between antique and rustic and just plain dirty, disgusting and falling apart. Never coming here again and would NOT recommend. It’s understandable that she doesn’t have an actual store because she’s awful with customer service.

This place is awesome. Tons of cool stuff. About 90% of it is consignment tho so there are some limitations there. The prices vary, so great deals some not so great But non are too pricey. I do love going there!

The «lady» who was manning the store was rude and not at all helpful. We were the only customers there and it seemed like we were a bother to her. They had numerous items that we were wanting to purchase but she didn’t seem to care. My daughter wanted to look at the items after she got off work. She got there 10 minutes before closing time and was pretty much run off. I don’t think this person cares if she sells anything or not. And we were looking at $ 300-​$ 500 items. I wouldn’t buy something here EVER! Learn some customer service.
