Be aware that this location does not accept coupons from the newspaper, retail me not, or anywhere else. They claim not to be a «Long John Silvers» restaurant, the sign on their building is deceiving since it states «Long John Silvers. «Each time I visit they give a different excuse of why they won’t accept them. I have written to corporate, and hope to get an answer.

If you come here, you’re an idiot. This is by far, the worst Taco Bell and more so, Long John Silver’s I have ever been to. Rude staff, uncaring staff, cold food after far too long of a wait, lousy service. ’

Conroe, TX

Drove 20 miles to go to Long John Silvers only to be told they do not honor LJS coupons. The reason being they are a LJS Express. Now on the sign that states this all it says is they may not offer all of the meals, nothing about honoring coupons. Then they were going to make up their own price for the coupon instead of just honoring it. When I asked to speak to a mgr. she pointed to the Express sign and used this as her excuse not to take care of me, and then proceeded to argue with me. Not good customer service. After leaving went to Ryan’s in Conroe after paying saw that they didn’t have fish on the buffet, asked a mgr. about this and he went and cooked me some himself. NOW THAT’S CUSTOMER SERVICE.
