This place is slow and dirty with rude employees. Every time we come it come definitely use a good cleaning. Today there was hair on the counter and then I saw a tiny bug climbing all over a sign on the counter. The employees are hit and miss… more miss. Usually there’s rude girls who seem bothered by customers. And the way they skip over people to serve a party instead of an individual is annoying. When you have five people and we are in line and people come in behind us, don’t skip persons 3 – 5 in my party to start the next group of people. Finish my group and then move on. That’s generally the point of a line.

The worst customer service ever. We walked in stead there and was ignored. The girl making ice cream felt it more important to find a wet dry vac to suck up melted ice cream then even acknowledge we were standing there. The young lady at the register made eye contact several times then put her head down and continue to take notes while ignoring us. We love marble slab we eat marble slab all the time but we’re really sad that we had to walk out because of poor customer service. Whoever owns this marble slab should teach their employees how to greet a customer. We would’ve been happy to wait had they at least acknowledge that we were standing there. whoever owns this marble slab should probably spend a little more time in their business managing their staff and teaching them customer service skills. Great ice cream only gets you so far if your staff is rude you lose money.

Good ice cream. Service can bog down, but it’s hard to be upset when you are ordering ice cream
