Michael Craft store services is usually the same across the board. If you come towards the late evening hours like 5pm, don’t expect to find any assistance. My only complaint about this location is the lack of customer service. When you are at the register and the staff asks, «Did you find everything you were looking for?» My response was no. I needed help in the art supplies aisle and couldn’t find what I was looking for. The staff stares at you with a blank expression… like ok. So what? She complained how she was the only one on the sales floor and that she couldn’t leave. Ok– so she obviously didn’t care if I didn’t find what I was looking for. Don’t ask the customer, if you don’t care to know! The question should be genuine and always seeking to strive for excellent customer service!

Good location; friendly staff. I bought a picture frame that was marked $ 41 and it rang up $ 60. The cashier didn’t catch it until I mentioned it. She said I had to use an internet coupon to get the price that was listed on the shelf! So I did, but it seems a bit dicey situation to have one price on the shelf and the computer has a much higher price. The cashier was very nice and helpful though. It is cheaper than Hobby Lobby — I’ll go back.

Michael’s has an adequate selection of arts and craft items as well as floral supplies. I have used the framing department in this store and I was very pleased with the quality of the service and the work that was done. Aside from the framing department, I generally have found the service at Michael’s to be mediocre. I find Michael’s to be a bit more pricey than Hobby Lobby.
