So as an update to there response on here. I called to see what we could work out. Again I was referred back to the billing office and told they did nothing wrong. That is not a correct or factual statement. Before they even admitted that they had verified the insurance incorrectly with only one code. I was working to get a resolution and would have settled on any concession offered and even spoke to that with the billing office. I again spoke with that to the office personnel and was treated very differently on the phone this time once I identified and stated you said on Unilocal to call you at the office. I was treated extremely rudely at this point. The reply to Unilocal compliant was nothing more than an attempt to show they cared about a bad review. They called me back after saying they would speak with the doctor and said here are a few references perhaps they can help you with the services needed. They also did not respond to my BBB compliant and just let that go. Buyer beware!!! Make sure they verify your insurance correctly and do not expect if they make a mistake to show any remorse or fault of any kind. If I were you I would not step foot in a place that does not live up to what most places of business would call personal responsibility. I have a new appointment with a referred person, that I received from someone else, I hope will be better than this place in there due diligence. If so that review will be posted ASAP so everyone can seek another option. P. S. If you will notice the similarities on of some of the other reviews in location and the fact that several of them are just after a bad review. Coincidence? I will let you decide.
