If you’re doing any kind of printing work, be prepared to hear«I don’t know» quite a bit. If you have received notice that your order is ready for pickup, schedule an hour to stand in line while they spend a lot of time telling people«I don’t know» in front of you, then they have to search the entire store for your order. Insufferable.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. After going to another affiliate store in another city and being told completely inaccurate information, I contacted this store and Debbie was able to handle everything. I am very grateful.

This sole star is only up there because I could not choose a NO star option… Upon entering the store, I was listening to a voicemail, when associate Debbie, attemted to greet me. I said hello and smiled to her, but she rolled her eyes at me, and picked up her lapelle to say something nasty over the ear piece to the rest of her coworkers. All of which I heard, and she said it right in front of me. I was apalled. She said, «Another fucking customer on their phone too busy to say hi». First of all, I did say«Hello» back to her, she was just waiting to complain to the rest of her peers and did not get the opportunity to hear me. I think that management should be aware of this brunette-middle-aged-women most likely going through menopause, whose passive aggressive demenor made me feel highly unsatisfied with the quality of attention I have received. I feel that she was very rude and disrespectful. They money that I pay, contributes to her paycheck. That is no way to treat a customer.

I went in today and got my iphone repaired; a guy named Jarvis was on the floor and was a total retail rockstar. He was juggling like 5 different customers and answering everyones questions/getting everyone taken care of. I was in and out pretty quick and it was the best customer service ive had in a long while. Thanks Jarvis!

When they have back to school sales I’m there, just about every week. I love office supply stores, so sometimes I just go in to look. I know, I’m weird. That’s okay. The manager(maybe assistant?) Joe is ‘da bomb! He’s always smiling and always kind and helpful, which is what you should get in customer service but you don’t very often anymore. Not with Joe. Also, there are others that are helpful. Sure you can get some pens and pencils and basic office supplies for cheaper at Walmart or Target, but you get a much better selection here. I was slightly disappointed when I found out the rewards program is only for certain things(like ink and copy paper) and the points expire each quarter, but when I called 800# they sent me a $ 10 rewards certificate as a one-time courtesy. I was also REALLY disappointed when they stopped letting teachers get extras when the back to school sales came, but that just means I have to go back 3x as much. Great customer service at this store for sure!

The staff on the floor was friendly, but when we were checking out they were rude. We had to ring up a sale item separately because of some store policy and the lady had to key in the credit card number due to the magnetic strip being old. She told us she was only going to key the number in once and we needed to pay for the rest with cash or another card. What a lazy heifer! We will not return to this store. What ever happened to the customer service.

I go here to buy printer ink and other random office items as needed. Sometime they run fairly decent specials and have good prices. The staff here have been helpful whenever I have asked for help. I will say that I feel that the prices are high unless the item is on sale, so I try to only buy items on sale.

It’s your standard office depot. You don’t ever find any good deals compared to online stores, but the location is convenient and the staff are helpful most of the time and friendly enough. I go in when I need to buy something for a quick project or my yearly calendar and now that I am using my iphone calendar and OD prices are so high that may end soon. They have shipping service inside, but the staff are usually really slow so don’t go if you are in a hurry. I don’t recommend buying printers here either. OD’s return policy is awful! OD should realize printers are one of the biggest«lemon items» being sold today and figure out a better way. Not the worst, not the best, and certainly nothing to write home about for sure.
