Rack Room Shoes

The first time I came in here was a very pleasant experience. My mother was in town for vacation and wanted to check out the store. The associate there was friendly and helped us find the size we were looking for. We purchased a couple pairs of shoes and went about our day. But my last experience, about a week ago, will be just that, my last. My boyfriend and I went in to find some sneakers. We walked into the store that had 3 associates standing behind the counter and no customers. We weren’t looked at, spoken to, or acknowledged in any way. I could have understood if they were busy tidying up the store or helping other customers, but no, they were clustered behind the counter chatting away with each other. So we decided to head one exit down the freeway and grabbed a pair of sneakers at Famous Footwear. We were acknowledged and offered helped. Which is something I can’t say for my last visit at Rack Room.

Best shoe shopping experience in a very long time. :)
It’s back to school season, which means I have to stretch my dollars as far as possible. Thanks to my handy dandy Entertainment Book and Entertaiment App that my dad gave me as a gift last year, I saved an additional $ 20.00 off the already incredible everyday BOGO deal!
I bought a 4 pairs of shoes; Converse, Adidas, Keds, and Sketchers, plus some socks; for under $ 150.00.
They have a great selection of shoes for the entire family. The sales people are very nice; helpful when you need them and busy when you don’t.
I will be visiting this shopping center more often. It’s a bit far, but all my choice retailers are in one convenient location. (Justice, Children’s Place, Old Navy, Kohl’s, and JcPenney is just across the freeway. What more could I ask for!!!)
