Go early or go home. Store gets destroyed around 10 am-noon. Understaffed most of the time. I have tons of cute stuff, home goods, and unique products great selections watch out for damage to clothes always inspect it before you buy they will also discount it further if you asked them.

Great Ross! Lots of dresses and good household items. I also purchased two earbuds for $ 5.99 that I saw at Brookstone for $ 20.

Worst Ross I’ve been to and not even so much from a product standpoint. The customer service is so bad it’s funny. We entered with two drinks that were closed up and were asked to throw them away because they did not allow outside beverages. Which makes sense because you wouldn’t want to ruin the high end clothes inside. Don’t get me wrong, if that’s their policy then so be it. It’s just the manner in which it was handled and the tone that was taken. Also, my girlfriend walked up to the dressing room section that had no line and the employee made her walk back to a rack and put her clothes there before they allowed her to go back. She did, the same lady grabbed the clothes immediately, and walked my girlfriend to a dressing room. I’m just curious why putting the clothes on the rack was even necessary when she just took them immediately anyway. Crazy ridiculous. I’ve been to many a Ross and this is by far the worst. Enjoy your time there!
