As a young woman, it’s so nice to be able to deal with other young women, and not feel like I’m being watched or judged while I shop. I also love the selection of vintage collectibles. You never really know what you’re going to find. Out of all the comic book shops I’ve been to so far, this one is definitely in my top.

This place has the friendliest staff you will ever meet! The owners are wonderful, caring people who do their best to make this a fun AND family friendly place. There is almost always some group hanging out playing some sort of game. Their comic book selection is good, and they do a lot of silent auctions on collector pieces. They also have a large toy/​import/​vintage selection! Their attached café, the Lava Cookie is a great addition to a comic book shop! The food is not much better than something you’d grab out of your own refrigerator, but it is very cheap and quick, so if you don’t want to leave to find food it’s great to have! Definitely the best comic book/​game shop in the spring/​woodlands area.

this is now the best comic book store in the Houston Area. Bedrock Comics used to be my go to place but not anymore. This place has everything. Events every nights. Wednesday Pokemon Leagues. Thousands of back issues. Classic and new toys. I could go on and on and on. If you are a comic book game nerd, this is your Mecca.

Great place for the whole family. Friendly staff, good environment during the day if you homeschool. Great collection of toys and teeshirts, and my daughter loves their selection of Pokémon cards. I love this place!

While out of town, I stumbled upon this gem of a collectibles store. I spent nearly an hour browsing the inventory, reminiscing my youth. The staff is super friendly and the selection of collectibles is amazing. A must visit for the toy, comics and games collector. I will definitely visit again whenever I’m in town.

Amazing store. Very kid friendly and answered all their questions. And there was a ton of them. They loved to show my kids around and you could tell they enjoyed sharing their passion with younger ones. Store is clean and organized. Always have activities planned.

I have been going to space cadets for a little over 2 years and I’m happy to see the awesome establishment grow bigger and even have a nice café to enjoy reading a comic and have a nice meal to go along with it.
The staff are amazing and great people. I always enter in a good mood and leave with a better mood.
This business is one I recommend and will continue to go to for years to come. 5 stars.

Awesome store and with awesome atmosphere. I have to second James’s comment, this store is on of the most friendly stores I’ve stopped by. Awesome selection in a nice area to browse around in. It’s not hard to see why their doing so well.

The store is always very clean and inviting. It’s very much a family atmosphere.
Everyone is very courteous and helpful. Whenever I visit the store, I’m greeted by friendly smiles and welcomes. They have discounts for when you have a pull folder for comics, which is awesome. They are THE comic book store in the Woodlands/​Conroe area!

Read the other reviews… I think they hit the nail on the head. It’s a good place to pick up old sci-​fi toys, books, etc. The staff is really friendly and will treat you right! Check it out! If it wasn’t an hour away from me, it might be a five. Or perhaps if it was geared a little bit more towards adults than kids.

This is SUCH a cool and fun store! If you like animé, comics and other geeky stuff you will love it in here. This place has an extensive collection of Star Wars, Legos, different comic books, sci-​fi novels, Pokemon and a small manga collection.
I had fun walking around looking at the retro Star Wars toys (original ones) and the cool Legos sets. This place is a sci-​fi geek’s paradise.
The lady who owns this place is so friendly and helpful. No one pushes you to buy anything and you can look around as long as you want. If you have a sci-​fi or manga interest that they don’t carry here they will try to locate it for you. They even have local artists you can commission work from such as paintings. It’s nice to do this for local people.
I am so glad i came here. I love this place and I know I will be back. Anyone with a geeky side to them should come here. It’s great!

This is an excellent shop and is tempting me to switch to them for my pulls. The atmosphere is friendly and there are lots of interesting collectibles. I can’t wait until my kid gets old enough to go to the activities they have there.

Ah yes, Space Cadets Collection Collection: I have found my new favourite store! Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood near The Woodlands sits this quaint little store. Outside, in huge letters were written «Pokemon» and thus, I went inside! And man, what a selection! An entire section devoted to Pokemon! There were plushies, games, cards, and just about everything you could want as a Pokemon Collector! They also had an awesome comic book selection as well as other geeky toys such as Star Wars, and other things. And if they don’t have it, they’ll see if they can find it for you!
I’ll be back for sure, and because they have so much stuff here, I’ll be back several times :)

Fantastic new store.
I think the best thing a comic book store can do to help itself is to be child friendly. After this happens the warm and welcome feelings just come right along with it. This store has all that in spades!
They don’t try to nickel and dime you on things like bags and boards, plus they offer a discount on pull lists. My long time local store is right around the corner from me but I’ve still found myself coming back here a few times since they have opened.
I have not been in to see their arcade games, but I very much look forward to this, and at $ 0.25 each game, you can’t lose.
