Horrible costumer service! !!. The wannabe manager is a young girl that have no idea how to treat costumers and deal with a business. They meesed up my order and the embroidery doesnt even look close to the digitalised copy. But they don’t want to listen to any complains. They took for ever to do the job, and at the end they did it wrong. I’m thinking of contesting the credit card charge. I will make sure to spread the word our there and then let’s see if they can care less.

After doing business here many a times I’ve learned a few things.
–Have your art already prepared to go on a disk. No one here knows how to scan anything of quality or work Photoshop. So custom designs are a nightmare. Just do your own at home
–give them LOTS of time. They’re slow going and something always goes wrong
–something ALWAYS goes wrong. They don’t put out quality materials. There was always some flaw.
–if you’re little leaguers are getting their uniforms here expect your child’s uniform to be messed up in some way.
So 2 stars b/​c they were usually plesant. But not always. They’re trying I suppose, but after years of service, try a little harder!
