Texan Harley-Davidson/Buell

A little more pricey than I expected but well WORTH IT! I was ecstatic when I was actually greeted at the door by one of (what I assume was a parts/​service guy) the employees even while he was talking to another customer. The motor girls were super friendly and hilarious. I expect to be treated like family and like we have been friends for years when I walk in and that’s exactly what I got. I found a cute shirt and was happy to be treated so well.

Excellent Dealership! My bike and I arrived there on Saturday, August 3^rd, on the back of a wrecker. I had a front tire failure a few miles away, and Progressive Roadside Assistance sent a wrecker to pick me up and bring me to Texan HD in Conroe, which was the closest HD dealership from where I was stuck.
Everyone I came in contact with at this dealership was top notch. The Service writer, the mechanics working on my bike, salesman, and employees… all very friendly, and they turned my bad experience into a good one.
Thank You folks for such a speedy job of replacing my front tube on my bike… then y’all actually test road the bike awhile to make sure everything was good to go. I will be back, and I will spread the word about this dealership.

Nice little dealership, and I really enjoyed the service I got from the lady running the merchandise register.
