We had a similar experience to that described by Adella below. We had been quiet about our experience because we were holding out hope that Randy(owner/contractor) would make good on fulfilment of our contract. He did not. Although much of the work that Randy did was very good, when a mistake was made(in our case he ordered some wrong cabinets for our closet), he would not replace them without our paying additional for the correct cabinet installation. If that wasn’t bad enough, he failed to install hardware that was part of the project — and left the job incomplete. We have been unable to get the work completed & at this point — have given up hope.

We contracted The Cabinet Co to remodel our newly purchased home. Randy, the owner/contractor did not check on his mens’ work unless we called with a problem. Randy ordered the wrong cabinets for the utility room and wanted us to keep them even though the set up was non-functional and not what we paid for. When reordering he ordered a lesser quality than what we paid for. Did not put in a cabinet, but charged us for it. He has refused to finish the work and will not give us a refund for products and service we have not received, but have paid for.
