Um, personally I think that when people start to expect«glitz and glamor» at a billiard parlor something is a bit out of wack… a cavernous warehouse space with a showroom up front(BJ’s primary business is billiard retail and installation) and 8 playable tables in the back sounds about right. Add to that a BYOB policy for the establishment and it just keeps sounding better and better. So actually you CAN expect Stella Artois – as long as you pick up a sixer yourself en route. We usually pick up a burrito at Baja Fresh in the same shopping plaza and munch on that while we drink and play. You should too! Back in 2007 it probably was smoky, but BJ’s is now smoke-free(along with most other businesses).

Don’t expect glitz and glamor. Expect to walk in a back door, pass stacked pool tables under construction(BJ does custom work) and end up at the end of the place where there are 4 tables. It is smoky and filled with regulars and locals. Nothing fancy here. You can go get food somewhere else and bring it back if you want. BJ is really nice. But again, don’t expect Stella Artois or even windows.
