This is right next to my office. I stop in at least once a week for a slice of Sicilian. Always a warm reception.

I can’t speak for the rest of the food, but the salads here are sub-par to say the least. I’ve tried two different salads with grilled chicken and each time I’ve ended up picking the chewy, rubbery chicken pieces out and eating the rest of the salad. The problem is, most people get chicken in their salad in order to round out the meal. My colleague next to me ordered the Meatball Calzone and after asking how it was his response was«Meh, this place is nothing special». So off to another pizza place that ISN’T Keystone or Pasta Via when I’m in the office.

Ordered food from this dump and it takes 90 minutes to get here and then only half the order shows up. The driver looked like he didn’t know what planet he was on, let alone that he forgot something. He said he’d go back and get it. I call the place up to let them know and get an attitude from some dummy who answered the phone. He has the audacity to tell me to wait another 25 min to get the rest!!! Now seething, 25 min goes by. Nothing still. I call back and he tells me they got busy and they guy won’t be coming back!!! I blew my top! This place has no idea what’s going on and don’t count on getting your food. Go elsewhere for better food and better service.

My food took forever to get here. Was cold when it arrived. The bottle of diet coke I ordered was swapped for a Ginger Ale(which I don’t drink). And then I discovered a hair in my food. I won’t be ordering from here ever again.

I really like the Pasta Via product. My only knock is that the pizza sauce is full of garlic, a little too much for my taste. Still doesn’t stop me from dominating several slices of their gourmet pizza in a sitting. The crust is great and the toppings are fresh. The simply cheese Mezzaluna or Stromboli could turn into a go to of mine, but I need to explore the menu much further starting tonight!

I only clicked one star because I had to. This place is disgusting — the food is horrible. I was on the toilet for 2 days after eating here. Conshy deserves better.

I ordered a salad at 10:30AM so that I would have it for lunch. My estimated delivery was 11:03 which makes sense. An hour goes by and still no salad. It was a really simple salad nothing extravagant. So I call the restaurant and asked what was going on because it’s been an hour wait(for just a salad) and the lady responds«well that’s quite a drive for just a salad…» That wasn’t very nice. I canceled my order through grubhub and don’t plan on ordering«just a salad» from them ever again. :-(

Delivery is horrible. It took an hour and a half and my food was cold and undercooked. I won’t be ordering from here again.

I love it. I could eat pasta everyday… especially if they made it for me! I keep getting new things and am never disappointed. If you are in the area… try it! Only thing keeping them from 5 stars is the service when you go in. I always feel that I am disturbing them and am always forced to wait around for no reason.

Worst delivery experience of my life. Not even being dramatic. Not only did we wait over an hour past our quoted time to receive the food(we live 5 blocks away), but the driver called us when he arrived and made us WALKTOHISCARTOGETTHEFOOD!!! The person who took our order was incompetent and did not know the menu. Food was decent, nothing special. Our dessert(the tiramisu) was frozen. Will never order from here again.

Ordered two pasta dishes and both were tasteless and the pasta was over cooked. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Food came an HOUR after my ESTIMATED delivery time — total of two hours post-ordering. EDIT: Bumping this up to 3 stars because when I called the restaurant to let them know I was still waiting, they were extremely courteous and apologetic.

Just went in for take-out and there was no one behind the counter. There were 3 other customer there that clearly had been waiting for awhile. Someone finally emerged from the back after about 8 minutes and did not even great us. At this point I left. I don’t know if the food is good. I would like to have had the chance try it but if I’m going to spend my hard earned money, I would at least like to be greeted within a couple minutes upon entering the establishment.

This is a no frills pasta spot, that does have the usual take out sandwich choices. I ended up here by chance, and actually thought the place was closed. Luckily the staff is extremely nice, and realized I was looking a little confused as to whether they were open or not. There are not many tables in the place, so I think they do more take-out and catering business. Either way I got about a half a box of pasta to myself, and of course you never go wrong with pesto. If you are in the mood to just have a big bowl of carbs and nothing too fancy this is a nice spot to go to. And it is a BYOB.

My husband and I have been ordering from here for the last three years. We love it. It’s easy and affordable. The salads they have on their menu are amazing and very filling. The Zola pear salad is really yummy and the pasta is decent. It is definitely our go to place for delivery. Only negative is that they are closed on Sundays. Other than that I have nothing but good things to say!

As a recent pescatarian(vegetarian who eats fish — not trying to be fancy with my words, just trying to be specific!), I thought I had given up hope on Italian-concept meals that are only ever made with meat(marsala, for example). But alas, all hope was NOT lost, when my boyfriend introduced me to Pasta Via! By far, my favorite thing about this place is that you can get any of the staple meat-and-pasta dishes(marsala, florentine, saltimbucca) with tilapia — making them the most pescatarian-friendly restaurant I’ve had the pleasure of encountering lately. They’re also pretty flexible, so I’ve been able to order things that have meat without it(generally prosciutto topping). I can only speak for the pasta dishes, but they’re delicious. Huge helpings of pasta, which means you’re guaranteed leftovers, too. This is definitely an order-out place, as there’s just a few chairs meant for waiting in the shop itself. I have had some strange encounters with the fellows who work their — mostly young guys who don’t have a lot of customer service finesse when you run in to pick up your food — but I’ll put up with it for the sake of tilapia marsala.

Pasta Via is one of my favorite places to order delivery from. They are on GrubHub, which is freaking awesome. You can order online, pay with PayPal(including tip), and your food will be there shortly. They will just hand you the bag of food, no signatures or anything, and you’re set. It’s like the utmost in convenience. The delivery guy is also super nice, so the ordering experience is an all-around pleasant one. Food is good. I’ve had a couple of pasta dishes and thought they were were good(try the tortellini and the gnocchi). Their salads are really good. I recommend the chef salad with balsamic and a side of their hot peppers. Speaking of their hot peppers: get them. Regardless of what you order, just get them. They are the crushed up, vinegary relish kind, which I, personally, love. So if you live in their delivery radius and are looking for a decent dinner on a weeknight, I’d recommend trying Pasta Via.

We order lunch from here often for our office, so my review is limited to take out. However, the food just flat out rocks; I had a chicken with spiral pasta in a pesto sauce for lunch with enough garlic to ensure copious breath mints for the balance of the day. Their soups are very good, but stick with their namesake: pasta. They do authentic Italian pasta in a take out format as well as it can be done. Bravissimo! Now, off to the treadmill…
