Initially I was excited for this new ice cream shop but the staff managed to ruin the experience. My order rarely changed over the summer yet the price I was charged constantly fluctuated by several dollars. The staff was so curt and dismissive that I was not willing to make an issue of it. Unfortunately on the last visit, the girl that was ringing us up threw our loyalty card on the counter and slammed down the iPhone she used to process the credit card and didn’t speak to us. I regret that I’ve ever put money in their tip jar almost as much I as I regret giving them business this past summer.

Awesome experience! Manager was very personable, very funny & very nice to my girlfriend and I! We will most certainly be back to attempt to eat our way through their awesome ice cream selection!

Service with an attitude, Unfriendly, under informed staff.
Please educate your staff on the gluten allergy. Person at register says «I don’t know what’s in the ingredients. Here’s a list.» Then she goes and says, «you can do what you want its your body. «never will I go back. Also, being a local, I will inform neighborhood of my experience.

So much to choose from!
First time here and I am impressed. Lots of things on he menu to choose from including sundae options and ice cream flavors. They do cones, gelato, custard and dips. I went with the Peanut butter blast and it was awesome. You get a lot for 5.99.
It was really crowded which is a good thing, hopefully this place stays around!

This is the third location I’ve been to and love it (sundae school and another sundae world location)! There is something for everyone here. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I love making my weekly trips to Sundae World!

Overwhelming amount of whipped cream, underwhelming amount of charisma on part of staff. This property was probably an Indian burial ground at some point because this lot is where businesses go to die. Good look when you file for bankruptcy in 6 months.

A new ice cream shop is usually cause for celebration… but the quality and prices leave something to be desired. There is a large selection of ice cream flavors and sundae menu items to choose from (60+ flavors, and at least 25 sundae choices). If the sundae choices don’t suit you, the friendly staff is happy to whip up a combination to your liking. And that’s where the good news ends, because the Hershey’s Ice Cream is not very flavorful, and the toppings are scarce. When you combine a lower-​quality main ingredient with a small quantity of toppings — on a sundae starting at $ 6 plus tax — it’s clear that consumers will find better deals elsewhere, whether it’s in terms of flavor (Bredenbeck’s) and/​or value (Dairy Queen).
