I really like this community and so far I am pretty enjoying everything here. The location is perfect, the stuff are very nice and friendly, and I love my loft apartment so much.

Getting significantly better under the new management. Home Properties was a nightmare, but this new company has really turned this building around in a short amount of time. Really makes me wonder why Home Properties couldn’t do it.
The apartments are nice and roomy, the location is great, and the staff is awesome. Just renewed our lease for another year.
The only remaining negative is that I wish residents of the east building could all park in the east garage instead of having to use the west garage as overflow. But that poor decision is on Home Properties and there’s nothing that can be done about it since the east garage is too small.

The whole floor smells like weed, which is one thing. And then the building management has repeatedly accused me of being the one smoking it and that I’m in violation of my lease for doing so. The issue: I’m not smoking it.
The first time, I was nice and simply went down in person and let them know that it was not me. By the fourth time I was legitimately unhappy. Nothing like getting home from a long day and getting a (fourth) false accusation that you’re in violation of your lease for smoking weed that you didn’t smoke!
Add in the construction, for which the estimated completion dates have been drastically exaggerated, and you’ve got a combination that makes a tenant feel both unwelcome and that they’re badly overpaying for an unpleasant overall experience.

Just moved into this apartment community that’s still under construction. The staff is fantastic! From front office leasing staff to the custodial/maintenance staff, everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating, and made moving in painless! Maintenance staff came within the first few days to address any initial apartment issues (which were minor) and fixed them immediately. Looking forward to living here and update my review in the future with more positive details!
