Neighbors are bad. They are loud above and don’t know how to share the parking or part strait for that matter pretty sure one of them needs there meds adjusted or should be on them. Over all not a bad place. Lived in worse. Close to lots of stuff.

I live here for going 2yrs and this last year have been the worst we have these beetles come in thru the crack of the door the garbage disposal it stopped working we had a maintenance guy come in 2 times to fix it and its broken again neighborhood is convenient and nice

My family has lived here for about 2 ½ years now. The positive is that we are across the street from Walmart and we have easy access to 1604 and I-​35. Aside from that there have been many changes and customer service needs improvement. I think there is room to improve and make this apartment complex great.
