My husband and I reserved a small UHaul moving truck for a few items that we needed to move from New Hampshire to DC a month in advance. The day before our reservation, East Conway Self Storage called us to inform us that it would be a larger truck than we were expecting, which we didn’t want due to the added expense and hassle of driving.
We explained the situation and East Conway Storage assumed no responsibility nor did they offer any solution to the problem. We will never rent from this place in the future.
We called Penske and received VERY pleasant service and discounts. We plan to use them in the future at the Glen, NH location.
