Awful! I will not be going back. My first and last visit. The owner is rude… I asked the owner where the kim chee was and she rudely said«we don’t do that here». Thought this was a Korean restaurant. Save you time, money and taste buds guys.

Everything is cheap crappy food. It insults authentic hibachi grills. The food is greasy and the owners are really rude.

Unaprecative foreigners. I guess they don’t understand customer loyalty. I use eat there 3x week after working out at Conway Regional every time ordering Hibachi steak or chicken without oil today because I don’t like it overly saturated and high sodium based MSG oils they said I couldn’t have that then I heard the owner’s wife say«dumb boy no oil» plus no one speaks clear English. Ugghh im sad

I have been here several times. I love sushi and I go grab a quick bite to eat at lunch. The sushi is probably a 6⁄10. They have pretty quick service most of the time. But it’s not great. Conway has much better sushi, but on the west side of town it’s the only place.

How do I start… I have been coming here pretty regular for couple years now. I was loving it in the beginning, the menu(the old one not the one piece plastic wrapped paper now) was good and had a lot of options. It was where I went when I wanted some Korean food especially the tofu stew. Then the menu started shrinking… And prices climbed higher and higher and sizes became smaller and smaller. But the food was still good and the stuff was friendly and nice. However by the end of 2015, i dont know is it because they changed most of their stuff/chief or what every single time they mess something up in my order… Once I asked to change out the cream cheese to cucumbers which is cheaper. The Korean girl(not the owner) was super judgmental and unfriendly and said«we cant change anything and you can either order or go“wow… That girl was something else… And when we asked to speak to the manager she gave us a look and rolled her eyes said they are not here… And just left us there for about 10 minus… As I am writing this review my bibimbond just came up and the veggies are cold as every time and one of the veggie is clearly over cooked and not fresh… And the veggies are never the ones they have on the menu, once I had with only lettuce… I am not sure if or when will I come back here.

Sub-par Japanese. I was told food would be ready in 10 – 15 minute, received my two entrée To-go order 30 minutes later.

My family of 5 choose Naru when we are craving hibachi. Their $ 5.95 hibachi special comes with soup, rice, hibachi vegetables and choice of chicken, steak or shrimp. We get their volcano and oh my god rolls. Staff is always friendly and place is clean. West Conway has an amazing dining experience tucked away. I’ve heard ordering off the menu isn’t as satisfying, but you can’t go wrong with hibachi special. We sometimes order it to go and just sit at home around our table. Love.

I have been meaning to try this place and I finally had the chance today. This place is delicious. I had the salmon bento box lunch special. Everything was perfect, delicious and authentic. Which in Conway AR is a stretch. The owner and the staff were genuine, polite and quick to serve me and I was instantly seated and waited on. It was packed but, that wasn’t a problem. Overall very pleased and will be going back for the habachi lunch special.

Ok so this place is a hole in the wall gem! They have a Habachi Special that comes with some amazing miso soup, along with your choice of Chicken, Shrimp, or beef with fried rice for 5.99! Their Tea is the best I’ve ever had and their signature rolls are delicious. Not only is this place amazing to eat at but the price is perfect, specially for college students. The staff are also very pleasant and nice! Definitely a place I recommend to everyone and anyone!

Great food. Definitely go for the Korean menu. We got the assorted seafood and veggie/beef entrees. We went on a Friday night and the restaurant was completely full. Our server was very kind and accommodating, although you could tell they were short on staff in both back of house and front.

The staff was nice, but the cooks have their hands in way too many pots. Three of us dined, all felt very ‘meh’ about the food. The sushi was meh, the Korean taco was a bad idea, the burger was ok but the fries were only ½ cooked. The soup they brought before supper was good. The menu is sort of all over the place… they need to pick a genre and do it well.

Great food and service. Sushi was OUTSTANDING and FRESH. Definitely worth the stop for lunch or dinner. There is something on the menu for the whole family. They also have some Korean and Chinese items on the menu as well.

One of my favorite places to eat for lunch. The UCA roll is delicious and huge. The lunch special is worth every dime and the soup is killer. It’s a cute, clean restaurant with loud colors. The children’s plate come with this super cute rabbit made out of an orange. My son was to enamored with the rabbit to actually eat the chicken. Overall, the service is great, quick, and has never dissatisfied me yet.

Misleading prices. Dishonorable people. Meager Portions. Sign in front – and on street – advertised«$ 5.55 Lunch Special». Turns out they increased the price to $ 5.95, and simply added a small piece of red tape to the second«5» on the sign. Wouldn’t honor the $ 5.55 price – stating that the tape should be good enough. Portions were meager. Food was mediocre – had both the chicken and beef teriyaki.

Service was Good. I’m sorry but the food is horrible and very over price for the quality. This is my second time here and hope it would be a little better. But I lost hope.

I don’t quite understand the middling reviews for this place, but no one ever accused Conway-ians of having great taste. I’ve mostly had the $ 5.95(not $ 5.55 as their two big banners outside proclaim) hibachi lunch special and I can attest that it is a decent satisfying meal for the price. Is it a huge portion? No, but it should fill an average sized adult and it’s very reasonably priced for what you get. Caveat: if you get fried rice with it, they charge extra. So, Verdict: Service is decent, the food is very good for the lunch price, and the interior is mucho verde. Bön appetit-o!

I’ve eaten here twice now and both times it was very good. The portions are ample and the flavors are tasty. The service rates good and they are friendly. I recommend this place as the best sushi in western Conway. Hint: Try the Mandu soup. The bowl is bigger than your head. Thank goodness we now have a place on our side of town!

Really good different food. The orange beef was good tho i like more chilis. The tso chicken was great tho. I actually had the snapper fish tacos which were amazing-perfectly cooked and with a great mango salsa and what seemed like a homemade corn tortilla. Dont be afraid to try the nonoriental stuff.

I was planning on trying this place today and when I came in, they were offering free drinks and 20% off your ticket, which made it a steal. My order was wrong, the waitress had asked the sushi chef about the wrong roll. They rectified it and the vegetable tempera roll is the best I’ve had in Conway. I didn’t care for the fried rice, not enough vegetables for me, but one of the hostesses(perhaps the owner?) came over and offered different sauces for me to try with it. My experience was almost very negative but the effort the staff put into it not only made my food but my dining experience enjoyable.
