I didn’t end up buying my bike here because they didn’t have a huge selection of bikes in the size and price range I was looking, but I have been here several times to buy other accessories(shoes, pedals, jerseys, tubes) and Erik(the owner) and the other staff have been –super– friendly. Especially being a newbie to riding, it was nice because everyone I’ve interacted with has been very patient and encouraging. They also offered me extra info about group rides, trails, and clinics. Average prices for a bike shop(though today they had some awesome-looking stuff for 50% off), but more importantly: great customer service — I’m sure I’ll be back.

This is an awesome bike shop. I’ve frequented bike shops in three states and two countries — little did I know I’d find one of the best not far from where I live in the small community of Conway, AR. Everyone here is nice, helpful, and generous. They won’t try to sell you something you don’t need and they won’t push any product on you. I’ve been allowed to borrow a tool, had my bike inspected without even asking, and everyone calls me by my name. since not long after I first became a customer. I recently moved here and am use to employees acting rather snobbish in bike shops. Not the case here at all. Feels like a home away from home. Selection is good and they can order whatever they don’t have in short time. There is an in-house repair shop which can help with any repairs, modifications, or suggestions you might need. And the latter is what I’d like to stress. You can go here, just talk bikes, and not feel guilty not having bought anything. I’ve spent a fair amount of money here whereas I could have used this store for researching goods, then saving a little money by shopping online. But I didn’t because the service is so good, I want to spend my money here.((Besides people, lets face it. If we don’t support good stores like this, they go out of business and you not longer have your precious store to sap information out of for online shopping purposes)). I was even told to take the bike home, ride it that day and/or the next, and bring it back the following day to see if I liked it! In addition, they support the community with morning and evening group rides, promote biking at local events, donate bikes to school events, and run a community bike share where you can donate time helping at nearby garage — repairing, cleaning, organizing, etc. — so that you can earn your own bike or bike parts! This program also refurbishes donated bike to give to those in need, particularly children! So, shop here! Shopping here is like giving to the community you live in!

It’s really nice to see a Cycle shop in Conway! The entire staff is courteous and prompt. The owner will over backwards to get you set you up for success. I am in the military and have been to a ton of shops in/out of the country. This is the best one yet! The prices are very reasonable and service is second to none. They really take the time to properly fit you on the gear. I would highly recommend this store to the beginner and professional rider alike.

I love this store! I’ve been twice, and I’ve gotten great service and good advice on my purchases both times from two different employees. I’ll be back again soon for other modifications to my bike and more equipment. They aren’t open on Saturday, but make up for it by being open Sundays starting at 11 a.m. The first time I went, I was reluctantly buying a pedal system and bike shoes(I was pretty afraid of falling!). The employee took a lot of time with me, explained the pros and cons of the various systems, talked to me about where/how much I would be riding on my bike and showed me the shoes in a similar manner. I chose the pedals I wanted, and he installed them right then(no waiting or leaving the bike and coming back days later!). He put the clips on the shoes for me as well. I love the system and am so pleased with all the advice and help he gave me.(I also saw him weeks later at a bike tour in Conway, and he asked me how I liked the pedals.) The second time, I went in for a few supplies for a multi-day bike tour I have coming up and was pleased again with assistance from a different employee about a CamelBak, shorts and seat-bag purchases. He also took time to talk to me quite a bit about which seat I should buy, even though he knew I wasn’t going to make the purchase that day, and he told me when I did come in for it, they would install it that day and to bring the seat bag along, and they would install that, too. While I was trying on my shorts, he talked to my husband about helmets, as my husband is going to start biking again, and he told him very frankly, that he doesn’t need a helmet more expensive than the cheapest ones they carry if he isn’t concerned about weight, as all helmets have to pass the same safety standards. He also talked to me about minimum supplies I’ll need for this long tour and assured me he would show me how to use them. I’m so glad this store is in Conway! They are my go-to for bike products, services and advice!

The only bike store in the Conway area and you can tell. Products are overpriced. Gone in a few times to buy products and was always shown the most expensive products. Staff does not listen to customer needs. I dread having to go into this place for tools. Online shopping from now on.
