Rick has handled our plumbing needs for many years. This company is THE COMPANY TO CALL if you are in Newton, Rockdale, Henry, Gwinnett, or DeKalb Counties. They are knowledgeable, prompt, friendly, professional and really care about their customers. I would never use another plumbing company. You simply cannot go wrong with using Better Plumbing Service and Rick Ingram!

I don’t normally write reviews but this company did such a great job that I would be remiss if I did not let everyone know.
I had a water heater go out. I called my Home warranty company and they sent out Total Plumbing Pros.
Levi diagnosed that it need to be replaced. He called it in to the warranty company and a few hours later I received an email that it was ordered. this is where the Warranty company failed for some reason the water heater was not ordered. I called and spoke to Cindy at Total plumbing and she helped straighten everything out with the Warranty company and the distributor and even was able to get Levi back out to install the water heater in the same day. Great customer service!
I have been in the service/support business for over 30 years and I can appreciate when it is done right.
