Love this location it’s always packed! No matter the time of day lol the food is worth it though, it can be a bit of a wait but that doesn’t matter to me. Parkin is ok when it’s not packed out, staff always smiling, clean interior, great food!

Dear Mr. Hamil
I suppose after running carmike cinema into the ground you have decided to move on to the utter destruction of chick FIL a. As I came into my once favorite chick FIL a I was informed you were out of fries. OK I understand that things can happen causing an inventory inaccuracy but, you are out of ice cream as well and your once polite staff is now rude what did you do to them? Are you really that destructive of a manager? The once beautiful flowers that that were on the table have wilted into a demishing death. Thanks for ruining this once great chick FIL a with your slow service and lack of proper inventory.

Very quick service! I’ve never had a wrong order. Great for breakfast! Love the lemonade and chicken strips.
Only complaint is the limited parking, but you can park next door too.

Slowest service I have ever had. It’s conveniently right off the interstate, but what’s the point if it’s going to take an extra 35 – 40 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and waffle fries. Nahm sayin?

The associates that used to work here were nice & conscientious. I never got a wrong order. Not sure w/what is going on w/new hires but they are not pleasant & my order was wrong on several levels.

This is the worst Chick fil a ever. I witness them picking tater tots out of the box with out gloves. On top of that their grease always taste burnt. They gave my husband a baby piece of chicken on his breakfast sandwich.
I literally compared a box of tots from this store to the one in Alpharetta and the weight was significantly different.
On a positive note the lady with the brown lipstick has always been pleasant but everyone else rude yes Brandy included!!!
Issues:
1. Burnt Grease
2. Rude servers except lady with brown lipstick
3. Food is not quality
4. Pick food with their bare hands
Results: Never going back!!!
