Awesome service! I forgot the girl name but she took her time and my nails look awesome!

Ok, been doing the nail salon thing for 30 years. Cindy’s is busy, they do talk to each other, and if you are a «drop in, one time» customer I could see how you could feel put off. But, if you are someone who goes everp 2 weeks or so you get into the flow of the shop, you find the one person that you like the way they do your nails etc. I’ve been going to Cindy’s for over a year and have Cindy herself doing my nails. I call her my Glam Fairy, she has been told what I like and how I like it. So if this review helps, great, if not, find your own place and make yourself known.

This place is very mediocre. They’ve cut me several times and the last time I went the paint job was trashhhhhhh. They do good eyebrows though, if that counts for anything but I like to get my nails and eyebrows done at the same place so I will definitely be looking for a better salon.

Let me start by saying … If you have other options go elsewhere !! Everything was so rush rush I received a standard pedi and Gel Polish change on my hands … The Pedicure was OKAY … They have different options but I chose the Standard Pedicure because I just felt uncomfortably rushed and it’s not as if they were busy or closing. To top it off after every service or item I inquired about I was updated on my total as if I couldn’t afford my services, so before anything else annoyed me THAT blew my whole experience. I don’t need you to tell me how much I owe after every nail you polish of mine SHEESH ! They have a limited selection of Gel colors … My polish chipped in 2 days, by day 5 you could see half of my nail beds due to polish flaking off(Gel should last a week or two) the process was just ugh the light burned my hand and the tech told me to stay still(ma’am let me burn you and see how STILL you’ll be) I was not pleased and will not return !

I ended up staying there for 4 hours. Cindy kept saying how nice and patient I was, but I saw 8 people come in after me and leave before me. Last time. Too many other salons around. Follow-Up 5⁄153 days later: I had to come back after 3 days because my GELPOLISHDONEBYCINDYWASCHIPPING. I sat there for 4 hours and had to return 3 days later. And they talk so much to each other in Vietnamese that it’s past rude! I respect all cultures, but they don’t respect the customer! Take your $$ down the street to any of the 100 nail salons on this strip

This salon is so so. I definitely wouldn’t reccomend it for a shellac manicure(horrible, rushed job – starting chipping that evening!). However, on a different occasion I got an eyebrow wax here. Overall it was fast, cheap and efficient. Only 8 bucks for a good wax isn’t so bad. Also, the little ladies here are very nice and friendly.

I have been a customer of Cindy’s Nails for over 5 years. I find them to give consistently good quality service. I get compliments on my nails all the time because they look great and so natural. They strive to give every person a great experience. I also regularly get pedicures and waxing with the same great service. I recommend them highly.

So, here’s the thing… As previously reviewed, I’m picky about my nails, call it my anal attention to detail, but I know what I want, how I like, and usually where to find it. My previous nail salon did me dirty, especially when every tiny request I made was either met with the stare-o-death or attitude. Cindy’s is close to the Honda Dealership, and tucked away in a little strip mall. Everyone is super fantastically nice, I headed in one after noon for a fill and a brow wax. I was greeted by a mini sized Asian woman who showed me to her waxing table and ripped my eye brow hairs out. She did a fantastic job, I was able to tell her that I like to keep my brows somewhat full, and that I prefer an angular shape over more rounded. Get this, she actually listened to me, what a concept. Next was nails, my tech was male, and he was gentle, and quick, while shaping my nails(I prefer oval), he kept checking in to see if the shape was to my liking, what, no argument, no evil looks? I love this place. Quite a few times while have my nails done, or my brows waxed someone would walk over, touch my arm and ask me abut my tattoos, which I don’t mind at all, everyone at Cindy’s is inviting and talented.
