This was some of the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. I came in to get an image printed on a poster– prepared with my camera, transfer cord, and photo card in hand– I even brought my own computer(who would have known that would not be enough?). When I was unable to get my file to email to the center– did anyone help me? No. They sat around while my minutes ran up and I kept paying to use their computer. When I suggested literally 8 different ways to transfer my file over to their computer– they suggested in buy a USB drive because it was«the only other way they knew how to get the files to transfer» — which I did. We finally get my file transferred to the company computer, only to have them then tell me that the image didn’t fit on their computer screen and they don’t know how to fix it. SHOCKING. Did they refund the USB drive I bought since that was the«only other way they knew how to get the files to transfer» after the whole mess ended up not working out? You guessed it-of course not. They told me to come in the next day to talk to their supervisor. Hopeless.
