Fit Candy Studio

Excellent fun workout! I don’t particularly care for traditional gym workout programs so Fit Candy is great for me. Music that I love and instructors that are motivating create the best environment to get moving and tighten my core. Thx Fit Candy for helping me get my groove back!

Good place. Good customer service. Wish they had variety of classes but for the neighborhood it’s good. You will love it, I know I did when I was a member. Also wish they offered classes on Saturday not private class. It’s hard attend classes during the week while attended school and working. Overall great, you will love it!

I love, love, love Fit Candy Studio. Sadly I no longer go because I have a little one on the way. Anyways — I started going last year and then the location was on Salem Road but this is the new and current location.
I have been here to this location too and since i’m writing my review on this address I will just talk about this location. It’s almost a secluded area — no other businesses around (which might sound weird but I loved that fact b/​c when you get in or out of your car you’re usually already in your pole dancing attire and you don’t want men looking at you).
The space inside is huge. The first area held a little boutique with Fit Candy merchandise — shorts, tops, shoes, dance wear, tote bags, etc — super cute. The actually dance area was blocked off by a wall so passerby ppl couldn’t peek in the windows and see what was going on.
The pole dance area — hard wood floors and the poles are silver chrome. The pole dancing studio had about 8 poles with ample space in between and of course mirrored walls so you could see yourself practice the moves.
There was a fitness area — this studio provides more than just pole dancing they offer other classes like Zumba, sexy chair routine, fitness kickboxing, and more. In this room they have mats, kettle balls, weights, and more. Unfortunately, I have never taken a class b/​c I lived like 2.5 hrs away.
Dressing room — they have the general dressing area — with lockers that you can lock and keep your stuff in place while in class. They also have secluded rooms for the super shy individuals.
Pole dancing — AMAZING. When I first started I was so shy but I decided to take the pole series classes and ended up completing 2 before finding out I was pregnant. They were Vertical Vixen classes. Each level you learned something new and each level lasted I think 4 weeks and at the end of each level you performed a recital. Level 1 — intro to pole, learned how to walk, sit, and do a few moves on the pole. Level 2 — climb the pole, more moves and so on until you get to inverts and stuff which I was really looking forward too.
Diversity — this place caters to all women (age, weight, physical activity prior doesn’t matter). We had women that were in their 40s, moms, girls in their 20s taking the pole dancing class. Kee (the owner) was my main instructor for Level 1 and 2 and she is awesome. She is patient with the moves but makes sure you stay safe and comfortable — very encouraging as a teacher. As you advance you get other instructors and I’ve spoke to them before and they are nice as well.
Other activities — this place really fosters to women empowerment. They do activities such as girls night out, burlesque classes, have other pole dancers like Tiger Lily came, walk a thons and more.
I would definitely recommend checking it out. You won’t be disappointed! If she was closer to me I would definitely continue going after my little one comes! :(

I Love Fit Candy Studio. From the moment I walked in, the staff treated me like family. Their classes are so awesome and affordable. Before I knew it, I lost 2 pant sizes in 1 ½ months and because it was so fun, it didn’t feel like a workout. Would recommend this studio to every woman who wants a great fun workout while getting in touch with her sexiness!
